The customer service is amazing! I spent a few days emailing them with questions and they very quickly responded. They were so helpful and really willing to to go the extra mile to get my large chopping right for me. I opted for the preview service which was great as I could physically see what it was going to look like. They showed me 3 different engraving options on the preview and all of this was for free!
I needed the board in a hurry as it was for my mothers birthday, and they made it and sent it super quick!,

I was hooked by the depth of detail that Make Me Something Special go into about there timber and how good it is. I bought a VL chopping board with engraving on both sides for my wife who has just given birth to our first baby! her first official Mother’s Day! It arrived 5 days later after telling me it could take up to 7! i got an email the day before it was dispatched as well! great service!
I cannot tell you how good this board really is! NO SERIOUSLY! It is stunning!! The grain is just gorgeous and the feel! it is as they say! like glass.
The only thing i can say as a very satisfied customer is, i wouldn’t buy from anyone else! I am so glad i found and chose Make Me Something Special!
