The team did a brilliant job of helping me to create a very special gift for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, and they went out of their way to help me arrange the delivery on the specific day. Ben made a stunning bespoke wall plaque for me from solid oak. I had a very clear idea of how I wanted it to look, and none of the design features I was asking for were easy to do, but Ben persevered with all my tweaks and changes until we got it exactly right. What I have now is an heirloom piece of the highest quality that will stay on my wall for life and be passed down. Superb.
