Make Me Something Special were fantastic. We were let down by our usual signage company, and after just one phone call they agreed to take on our sign with less than a week’s notice. Ben and Kenneth were incredibly helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole process. When the sign arrived, it looked amazing. Thank you to the whole team for getting us out of a tight spot.

I ordered a grave plaque for my wife. I specified the exact words and the option of a dog (labrador) motif, which was reproduced exactly to my spec. When it arrived it was of excellent quality and finish and the wider family are thrilled with the finished product. Highly recommended.

I wanted a wooden plaque to commemorate my late parents with a motif that meant something to us all. Ben designed a beautiful engraving of them hiking- they were keen walkers- and Ben carved out trees and my dad’s cap and their rucksacks. They were holding hands with the light catching as they walked into the sun. A stunning engraving all on an oak wooden plaque. I couldn’t have wanted anything better to encapsulate them as a couple. The plaque is sturdy and a golden colour, just needs oiling every so often to preserve. Prompt and polite, friendly service. Highly recommend Ben. Something very special indeed.

Very impressed with the quality of the sign and the service

Back in 2023, I ordered two oak letters as a wedding 'gift' for myself and my husband, with our names and wedding date engraved on the oak initials/letters. I really wanted an & symbol too (this wasn't listed on their webpage), so enquired if this was an option. The team quickly replied that they could design and make an & to go between our initials when displayed. The company's communication and service were fabulous, and the products were so perfect that we displayed them as part of our wedding decor on the day. They've since been admired daily in our lounge. Fast forward to summer 2025, and I wanted a matching oak initial made to celebrate the arrival of our first child. Having asked the team to create the letter similar to the previous order, the team contacted me to ask for a photo of the original letters so they could make it as close of a match as possible. Once again great service, and a lovely finished product, prominently displayed in our home, definitely something special! Thank you!
