High Quality Raw Edge Cutting Boards

You won't find raw edge chopping boards that surpass this quality anywhere else on the market. So much care and attention to detail goes into the making of each and every board we produce. From the selection process to personalising and treating the wood - we've ensured everything is absolutely perfect. After being selected for their natural beauty, each wood slab is sawn and hand-sanded right here in our Surrey Hills workshop. Being natural edge chopping boards, each one will vary in size and shape, depending on the tree they were sawn from. We do, however, have a selection of basic sizes to choose from. For hygiene reasons, all bark is removed from the wood slab cutting boards. However, beneath the bark lies the rustic and raw exterior of the tree that the board was sawn from.

Live edge chopping boards are available blank, but can also be personalised with your choice of engraving. This makes them the perfect gift for someone who loves to cook in an organic and old school kitchen. As well as a front-face engraving, you can also add a special message on the underneath to make it that little bit extra special.

I have been looking for a large carving board with channels and a well to catch the meat juices for ages and came across MMSS. I spoke to Ben by phone a week before Christmas and we agreed the design. I assumed delivery would be after Christmas but no Ben assured me I would be carving the turkey on it this year. True to his word the board arrived on Christmas Eve. Ben also suggested an upgrade to dark walnut which I'm really pleased with. The board is exactly as I wanted it and looks stunning the finish is superb. I thought it may look slightly worse for wear after battling with the Turkey but once washed which was easy and re-oiled the board looks as good as the day it arrived. So thank you for great service and a fantastic product.
