Finish: Untreated or Superior Danish Oil
Aftercare: Product maintenance is very important. Teak is a wonderful naturally oily timber. If you have chosen your product to be left untreated, your product will fade to a pale silver in time. We recommend a pressure wash or a sand once a year to remove any moss or unwanted mess on the timber and then treat with an exterior oil to slow down decay.
Danish Oil: If you have chosen Danish oil we recommend you continue to treat your product with Danish oil or similar timber treatment oil to protect the timber and stop it drying out. This will also help to prevent staining, discolouration, cracking and warping.
About Timber: Natural timber will always want to move. It’s going to expand and shrink as the temperature and humidity changes in your home and outside, rest assured it won’t change drastically. Small hairline splits may occur as your product ages, this is completely normal and is regarded as part of the timbers natural beauty. As the seasons change you may see some movement in your product, again this is completely normal.
Our Teak: All our products are made of FLEGT-licensed teak sourced from Indonesia. LEGT-licensed timber is considered to fully comply with the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR)

If you’re looking for a sturdy, comfortable, outstanding-quality engraved bench, this is the finest you’ll find. Handmade from 100% solid Teak. The shape and sweeping curve of the seat makes this a very comfortable bench to sit on.
All of our Teak benches are beautifully made using traditional joinery techniques and finished until silky-smooth to the touch. The top rail is enlarge to allow for your own personalised lettering should you want to add engraving on your choice.
Our new engraved memorial benches are available in 3 standard sizes, 2 seater, 3 seater and 4 seater configuration.
The benches come with personalised engraved lettering on the top rail of the bench back. Perfect for names, dates, a favourite poem, quote or saying. To personalise your engraved wooden bench further, you can add further lettering to the front rail just below the seat. There is also room to personalise each and every upright making up the back of the bench. Please contact us for details.

Our Teak benches come without any finish as standard. Teak is a naturally oily timber and is perfectly suited for outdoor conditions. Your bench will fade to a pale silver colour in time if left untreated. You do have the option, if you so desire, to have your traditional bench finished in Superior Grade Danish Oil.
Coloured fitted cushion covers can be added to your bench order. An outdoor bench seat cushion is the perfect accessory for any timber bench, making it more comfortable and will finish off your bench nicely. Available in a range of colours.
If you are concerned about security of your bench and want to protect your wooden garden bench from opportunistic thieves and vandals we can supply quick and easy to install ground anchor fixing kits for both hard and soft ground.
Crafted from rust-proof galvanised steel, our ground anchors will provide an extra level of garden furniture security.
