Our crossroads bench features a unique eye-catching design backrest. These engraved wooden benches are beautifully constructed with care and attention to detail. Built to last for many years. Handmade from 100% solid Teak, these traditional wooden memorial benches are beautifully finished to a very high standard featuring traditional joinery techniques, namely mortise and tenon joints.

Here at Make Me Something Special our engraving is second to none. Both the lettering and the motif are deeply carved (not etched or laser engraved) This really is a quality garden bench and focal point. Made with comfort in mind and requires only minimal maintenance.

We have introduced a bench just in time for his majesty King Charles III for his Royal Coronation. The bench comes with engraved lettering along the top rail including the official coronation emblem in the centre. Ideal for parish or civic use, perfect for public spaces or gardens, museums, educational institutions, landscape architects etc. We are proud to be a company that has a record for supplying benches, signs and plaques to local authorities and parish councils.

Seat Configuration:

This bespoke Coronation bench comes in three standard sizes – 2 seaters, 3 seaters and 4 seater configurations. Made-to-measure sizes are also available.

Personalisation:

These benches come with engraving and a carved crest motif on the top rail but there is also room for further engraving, if required, on the Knee Bar. Up to 50 characters.

Finish:

Our Teak benches come without any finish as standard. Teak is a natural oily timber which is perfectly suited for outdoor conditions. Your bench will fade to a pale silver colour in time if left untreated. You do have the option, if you so desire, to have your memorial bench finished in Superior Danish Oil.

Cushions:

An outdoor bench seat cushion is the perfect accessory for any timber bench, making it more comfortable and will finish off your bench nicely we have these available in a range of colours.

Bench Security Ground Anchors:

If you are concerned about security of your bench and want to protect your wooden garden bench from opportunistic thieves and vandals we can supply quick and easy to install ground anchor fixing kits for both hard and soft ground.

Crafted from rust-proof galvanised steel, our ground anchors will provide an extra level of garden furniture security.

2 Seater – 94cm tall x 69cm deep x 1.2 metres wide – Up to 50 characters

3 Seater – 94cm tall x 69cm deep x 1.5 metres wide – Up to 70 characters

4 Seater – 94cm tall x 69cm deep x 1.8 metres wide – Up to 100 characters
