These very high quality Reversible end grain chopping boards are ideal for chopping on one side and carving a roast on the other.

This board features inset side handles making it easy to continuously rotate the cutting board with ease. One side of the board is completely flat, ideal for chopping vegetables and fruit. The other side features a large surface groove for catching juices from roasting joints.

SELF-DRAINING SURFACE GROOVES:

You can add a corner well and spout, just like with our traditional wooden carving boards if you wish. One of the best features of adding the collecting well is our precision cut self-draining groove that runs around the outside of the board for catching the meat juices. The juices simply flow down the grooves in the direction of the collecting well, making it easier to add to your gravy – Take a look at our video.

What’s special about our end grain chopping boards is that not only are they extremely hardwearing and beautiful to look at but they are also kinder to the knife blade. This is because when your knife cuts down on an end grain chopping board it passes between the fibres of the wooden chopping board, the fibres then close up again once the blade is removed.
