Since before MakeMeSomethingSpecial was born in 2009, co-founder Ben Griffiths made custom kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity units for local housing developers in Surrey and Hampshire. That skill has evolved and now, MakeMeSomethingSpecial has introduced bespoke bathroom sink units to their personalised wooden gift range. We make the very finest engraved wooden bath racks that are unlike anything else on the market. They are solid and durable, featuring extra special details that will make your bathroom truly unique. As well as personalised lettering, we also have the ability to add tea light and iPad holders to your bespoke wooden bath rack, sealed in a resin based protective finish that is about as water-resistant as bathroom accessories can be.

We also make beautiful solid oak duck boards that are specially designed by us to be resistant from movement. From the second you step out of the shower you will feel the quality of the wooden product that is beneath your feet. Our oak Duck Boards are made to be luxurious and complement your bathroom. For stylish elegance, our engraved oak Butler's Trays make the best side tables for keeping your favourite soaps and skin care products together.

I ordered a massive live edge chopping board from Make Me Something Special which arrived today. I have been looking for a large carving board with channels and a well to catch the meat juices for ages and came across MMSS. I spoke to Ben by phone a week before Christmas and we agreed the design. I assumed delivery would be after Christmas but no Ben assured me I would be carving the turkey on it this year. True to his word the board arrived on Christmas Eve. Ben also suggested an upgrade to dark walnut which I'm really pleased with. The board is exactly as I wanted it and looks stunning the finish is superb. I thought it may look slightly worse for wear after battling with the Turkey but once washed which was easy and re-oiled the board looks as good as the day it arrived. So thank you for great service and a fantastic product.
