Oak & Walnut

When it comes to choosing your timber for your new personalised wooden phone charger, you have a choice of our locally sourced English Oak or our Amish American Black Walnut.

English Oak:

You can’t really go wrong with oak, especially if you are buying one of these wooden phone chargers as a gift. Oak is very hard-wearing and long-lasting. It’s pretty much goes with everything and suit most surroundings.

We hand-pick every piece of timber we use, making sure it is perfect for production. You will find no defects in our wooden gift no matter what product you buy from us. It comes from a West Sussex saw mill, no more than 25 miles away from our Surrey Hills workshop, it is of the highest grade and flawless in finish.

You will not be unhappy with our stunning English Oak.

American Black Walnut:

All the way from the North Appalachian Region of New England, a Amish family manage the finest quality hardwoods on the planet.

We are fortunate enough to be able to buy some of this superb timber to make these beautiful walnut engraved phone chargers. The same timber we use to construct our personalised chopping boards. The grain and colour are like no other walnut on this earth, American black walnut is considered the most highly prized of all the hardwoods.

Each wooden block is hand turned then carved to house the Aircharge wireless mobile phone charger. We then spend a long time shaping and smoothing the holder until it is silky smooth. We then engrave the lettering of your choice, as well as symbols like the power symbol we carve as standard but we can also carve hearts and stars, logos, Zodiac signs – whatever you like.

You will find both timbers are extremely beautiful and finished to the highest of standards.
