Making sure your order gets to you in time is very important to us. We want to ensure that you have the best experience when choosing personalised gifts like a personalised chopping board or engraved oak toy box. So to make things easier for you, Make Me Something Special would like to explain a little about how we do things.

Here at MMSS we do our best to meet the customer’s needs, bespoke works and all. Once you have placed an order with us this might be via email or phone, you will find we always respond to any specific instructions – like URGENT delivery! This is always top of our list and we do our best to fit in any time scale necessary. We normally quote 7 – 10 working days on most of our line, this includes product like engraved oak tree swings, key organiser, desk tidies or oak wine racks and 2 – 3 weeks for products like personalised wooden toy boxes and oak butlers tray. This is simply because everything is made to order, but we know that occasions just seem to spring out of the calendar that amazingly have escaped our attention and you are without a gift! PANIC!! This can and does happen to us all and it is normally something big like a Wedding, a Christening or an Anniversary.

However, do not fret, we are asked daily to get an order out within these time scales and we always allow for sudden emergency orders to arise. I have lost count the amount of times we have been asked on a Tuesday or in some cases a wednesday to make a personalised chopping block or a engraved toast rack to be with them before the weekend.
